It was one of our first getaways together. We had such a fab time discovering Dublin, which was full of history, architecture and some fun celebrity spotting too!
We've shared some of our favourite activities for a weekend in Dublin.
This was actually supposed to be a surprise for Marlie - I just told her we had flights to Europe booked through Ryanair.. from Gatwick. Marlie being the travel guru she is, immediately knew it was Ireland as that was the only place Ryanair flew from Gatwick (queue absolute facepalm moment from me!). We had a fab weekend in Dublin anyway and stayed in a really funky Airbnb on Capel Street.
