Uruguay was a fun week tracing the coastline from the Miami vibes and white complexes of Punta del Este to the historical town and cobbled streets of Colonia del Sacremento. Check out our guides of Uruguay here.
We managed to couch surf our entire time in Uruguay with the app 'Couchsurfing' and had some wonderful experiences. Our first stay was with a guy who built his house, designing the inside with literal tree trunks as banisters and carved wood artwork instead of wall paper on the walls.
